Refund & Exchange Policy

The quality of our products are of the utmost importance to us at 3 Little Monkeys.  We want to provide our customers with products that are of the highest quality.

If however, you are unhappy due to size, colour or the product just isn't what you expected then please contact us and we will either replace the item, provide you with an alternative or refund the item value in full.

To arrange an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel.

Please note:  All exchanged items will be charged an additonal delivery fee.

Sale Items - sorry no refunds will be given on sale items and sale items are not exchangeable or able to be placed on back order.

Arrangements for appointments for Formal Wear Viewing and Fittings can be made outside of these opening hours - please phone to make an appointment.

Please note that our shop hours may vary from time to time due to family commitments and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.


How long to deliver?

You will receive your beautiful package from 3 Little Monkeys within 2-5 working days of order placement. If however, there is some reason we cannot get your order to you within this time, we will contact you either by phone or email.

Supply of item and time frame for delivery depends on availability of stock.

If a product you would like is listed as out of stock or is unavailable at the time of your order, please contact us and we will advise whether it is a product that can be re-ordered or no longer available. If it is a product that can be re-ordered, we will contact you after checking length of time for availability, order the product if required and then contact you when the product comes into stock.

In the event that an item displayed on the site becomes unavailable and cannot be re-ordered, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative product or cancel the order.


Shipping

We ship Australia wide within 2-5 working days.

When your parcel leaves 3 Little Monkeys we ensure that your parcel can be tracked at all times via the following services that we use:

  1. Australia Post Express Post Bags for small to large parcels and Registered Mail for larger packages.
  2. Should for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, contact us and we will track it for you and let you know the outcome.

Cost of postage/delivery and handling depends on the weight/size of the purchased item/s.

If the package weighs more than the standard delivery cost of $10.00, we will contact you and let you know so that it can be added to the payment.


Payment

We at 3 Little Monkeys want your online shopping experience with us to be a safe and easy one.  Therefore at the time of checkout you have the following payment options:

  1. Pay by Credit Card, we accept Visa or Mastercard.
  2. If you would prefer to pay over the phone using your credit card, please select the pay by Credit Card Over the Phone option and contact us on 07 4638 3319 and we will process your order manually.
  3. Pay by the Direct Debit option. Our banking details are listed. Please use your order number as your deposit reference.  Once the funds have been cleared we will send your package immediately.

Please note that your personal information is treated with the greatest of care.  Sensitive payment information such as credit card details are NEVER stored on the Internet with our system.
